Our Room attendants are critical to our success, and we appreciate what you do behind the scenes.
We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Housekeeping Room Attendant to join our hotel team. As a Housekeeping Room Attendant, you will be responsible for ensuring our hotel rooms are clean and well-maintained to provide our guests with a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
General Responsibilities of Housekeeper Include:
- Clean and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas according to hotel standards
- Change linens, make beds, and restock towels and toiletries as needed
- Vacuum and dust guest rooms and common areas
- Maintain cleanliness of hallways, carts, and closets
- Stock and organize carts with supplies and amenities
- Respond to guest requests and ensure their satisfaction with their room experience
- Share a warm greeting and a smile with all the guests you encounter
- Report any maintenance issues or needed repairs to management
- Follow all safety and sanitation procedures to ensure a clean and healthy environment for guests and staff

Housekeeping Job Requirements Include:
Must be able to push, pull, bend, lift and stand for long periods of time
Physical ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and perform repetitive motions such as bending and stretching
Ability to work alone and as part of a team
Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Availability to work weekends and holidays as needed
