Peds Psychiatry job opening in Quincy, IL - 2 hours to St Louis; 3 hours to Kansas City; 1.5 hours to Springfield IL- Service area of 100,000 people Position Details: - Full-time, permanent position- Position: Child and Adolescent Psychiatry- Initial Contract Term: 5 years and renewable- Compensation: Base salary exceeds the MGMA median, and all physicians are eligible for a productivity incentive bonus plan based on work production as measured by WRVUs. A forgivable loan up to $300,000 for educational debt will be considered. Sign-on bonus and relocation assistance included.- Benefits: Health, life, vision, dental, disability, and AD & D insurance, malpractice coverage with tail, 403(b) pension plan plus 457(b) tax-deferral option, employee child care center, paid time off plus one week of CME time, annual professional expense allowance, and more. Requirements: - M.D. or D.O. degree from an accredited School of Medicine; maintain Continuing Medical Educational requirements as required for licensure and skills maintenance.- IL State Medical License required- IL State Board Certified/Board Eligible in specialty- Active IL CS and DEA License- Current applicable life support certifications- Ability to obtain hospital privileges- Unrestricted ability to participate in all health plans Medical Group Details: - Two hospitals, a physician group, a four-year nursing education program, a foundation and a group of medical specialty businesses come together to form this Healthcare System. - Physician Services group is a 60+ provider, multi-specialty group affiliated with not-for-profit health system, the largest medical provider serving a 300,000 population region composed of West Central Illinois, Northeast Missouri, and Southeast Iowa.
