This person will design cohesive creative solutions for all platforms including in-store collateral, web design, social media, tradeshows, newsletters, and press releases. They will have the ability to be both strategic and production oriented as they develop creative that markets the franchise program.Key Responsibilities & DutiesPrimary Job Functions (85%)This position will develop and execute creative solutions that align with the company s visual identity and brands.Maintain the brand(s) in all creative, creating promotional materials in accordance with brand guidelines within established deadlines.Projects include working on in-store graphics and environmental displays, cohesive marketing campaigns, email, web design, social media content, site banners, presentations, tradeshow graphics, logos and branding.Image editingPrint productionOther Job Functions (15%)Additional tasks as assignedQualifications & SkillsAssociates degree required, Bachelor s degree in related field preferred.3- 5 years of experience with Image Editing.5 to 8 years of experience in a design role.5 years of experience in converting print to digital platforms.Experience in print production.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.Highly detailed, flexible, and has excellent organizational skills.Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, Photo shop, and power point.Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.Ability to work independently.Physical demands:Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.Work Schedule:M-F 8:00am-5:00pm (On-Site)Job Type: Full-timePay: $26.00 - $29.00 per hourBenefits:401(k)401(k) matchingDental insuranceHealth insuranceLife insurancePaid time offReferral programVision insuranceSchedule:8 hour shiftExperience:Print Production: 5 years (Required)Graphic design: 5 years (Required)Presentation creation: 3 years (Required)Image Editing: 3 years (Required)Converting print to digital platforms: 5 years (Required)Work Location: In person
