Here, you will make an impact by:Installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, repairing, and modifying facilities and production equipment, including but not limited to pneumatics, hydraulics and low voltage electrical equipment.Performing basic machining, fabrication, and millwright tasks.Developing and implementing maintenance procedures and techniques for safe, reliable, and efficient operation of the plant.Analyzing data/performance of existing equipment to determine proper maintenance plans, design changes, and improvements.Maintaining equipment parts inventory and stockroom cycle counts.Working with supervisor to identify improvement opportunities.Your Skills and Expertise  To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:Associate degree or higher in an electrical or mechanical field ORHigh School Diploma/GED AND 2 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment In addition to the above requirements, the following are also required:Ability to work overtime, weekends, holidays, or short notice shift coverage as neededAbility to read and interpret blueprintsPossess knowledge of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic symbols and nomenclatureWork location: Onsite - 10351 W 70th St, Eden Prairie, MN 55344Travel: No TravelRelocation Assistance: Not authorizedMust be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).Supporting Your Well-being Solventum offers many programs to help you live your best life – both physically and financially.
