Fort Dodge prides itself on its strong sense of community and we can proudly say the same for our Fort Dodge Nestl Purina team a small and passionate team producing over 130,000 cases daily of brands that you know and your pets love including Friskies and Mighty Dog.As a Production Supervisor, you are responsible for the coordination of all first line management functions regarding production planning, production output, equipment maintenance, management of people, quality, and safety, In this role you will be required to be a problem solver that drives Continuous Improvement efforts across the plant.Direct supervision of hourly employees in the processing department ofpet foodManage and execute weekly production schedulesLead and coach integrated work groups to achieve results based on the factory s continuous improvement planEnsure products are produced in compliance with quality key check points and within

supervisory experience in a manufacturing, military, or related environmentThe approximate pay range for this position is $75,990 - $92,403. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting.
