Opening for OBGYN Physician in Alpena, MichiganFull Time Permanent PositionSeeking BC/BE OBGYN Physician to join team in Alpena, MichiganOverview:- Current group consists of four physicians and one office based nurse practitioner- The team of physicians has a blended model where two focus on gynecologic care in the outpatient setting while still providing support to the labor and delivery unit and two are traditional OB/GYN- The call expectation of this role will be on average 1:3- Brand new inpatient tower in that has a family focused maternity center- The outpatient clinic is on the hospital campus and is staffed with a dedicated supervisor and experienced clinical and clerical team- This established team is very well respected in the area with a solid referral base from employed, partner, and independent primary care providers in the community- This supportive team welcomes experienced physicians as well as new graduates for this opening- In addition to the home clinic on campus in Alpena, the group has 4 integrated outreach clinics in Rogers City, Atlanta, Lincoln, and Oscoda- Once established, this position would host clinic at 1 or more outreach site 2-3 days per pay period.Facility Details:- Serving Gratiot, Isabella, Montcalm, and other counties since 1955- 97 licensed beds, all private rooms- 1000+ employees, volunteers, healthcare providers, and other personnel (68 percent of employees from central Michigan - Gratiot, Isabella, and Clare Counties)- Teaching facility with a family medicine residency training program, medical student clinical rotations, nursing student rotations, and state-of-the-art Simulation Center- Accredited by The Joint Commission- Affiliated with Michigan Medicine (University of Michigan Health System)- New Cardiac Cath Lab, Maternity Center, and MRI rooms ()Compensation:- Offering a Highly Competitive Compensation Plan with a variable component based on WRVUs- Full Benefit Package including:- Relocation Allowance- Vacation- CME $ and Days- 403(b) and 457(b) Plans- Life, Health, Dental, and Vision- Long Term, Short Term Disability- Professional Liability Coverage w/Tail
