As the Administrative Director Hospital Pharmacy, you will take on a pivotal role, overseeing the daily operations of the inpatient pharmacy including scheduling, inventory management, and workflow. You will serve as an invaluable resource and lead a team of pharmacists and pharmacy technicians. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement medication management protocols. This role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of those in need while working in a supportive and dynamic environment. Your role will be supported by a dedicated team of Physicians, Advanced Practice Providers, Registered Nurses, and committed staff.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Experience working in the inpatient setting
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Knowledge of inpatient pharmacy operations and regulatory standards
