Effective communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills are essential. Experience in managing stakeholders, both internal and external, is important.Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Proficiency in data analysis, problem-solving, and decision-making. Ability to analyze complex situations, identify root causes, and develop effective solutions.Change Management: Experience in managing and leading organizational change initiatives.
