Description
- Manage every aspect of hotel renovation, including due diligence pricing, preconstruction, model room development, material selection input and sourcing
- Manage all phases of project management from initiation through to completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Project construction, interior finishes, and FF&E installation
- Deliver projects on time and within budget
- Set clear expectations at every level, from leadership to subcontractors, by ensuring transparency and accountability.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
Profile
- 5-7+ years of experience in the construction industry.
- Bachelor's Degree required (Architecture, Engineering, or Construction preferred).
- Experience in high-end interiors preferred.
- Hospitality experience preferred but not required.
- Travel 2-3 times a month to locations on the East Coast and as far west as Texas.
- Projects in Maryland, Massachusetts, Florida, Louisiana, Texas, and North Carolina.
- Opportunity to grow with a smaller company and not be just a number.
Job Offer
- Salary: $95k-$120k.
- All travel expenses covered (hotel, flights, etc.)
- Control over the travel schedule based on project demands and needs (no weekend travel, only weekday).
- Seeking someone with intangibles - assertive, takes pride in their work, and is willing to do whatever it takes to succeed.
- Bonus Structure: Based on personal project profitability (10-20%).
- Looking to bring this person on as soon as possible.
