Ensure the functionality of training equipment (PPE), distribute training material, maintain a training schedule, record attendance, and monitor trainee performance.Own and maintain the Classroom area in neat conditions.Own and drive Orientation ProcessDrive and engage in the ADP site enrollmentWeekly completion of orientation new hires hearing test before they go to the production floor.Weekly completion of orientation new hires qualification packets and employee JSA's( Job Descriptions)Coordinate orientation new hires Safety Authorize trainings as needed.Participate actively in Monthly scheduled Locker clean up.Complete Orientation documentation on a weekly basis for training manager.Perform new hires orientation Safety Tour.Coordinate new hires orientation Knife Sharpening Training.Organize and coordinate training sessions as directed by the Training and Development Manager.Assist the Training and Development Manager in creating and maintaining an efficient training schedule, record attendance, and submit reports to the Manager.Maintain records of training procedures and protocols and monitor orientation employee attendance.Thoroughly examine all training materials for possible faults and report such errors to the Training Manager. Suggest improvements and possible additions to the library of training resources.Distribute training materials, such as guides, tutorials, worksheets, and tests.Collect feedback reports and training completion records, and archive them for future reference.Assist the Training and Development Manager implementing training programs into company procedures, and reviewing data from previous training programs to determine their success in helping employees learn about the company or particular skills.Train new hires on company policies and procedures and use the best training methods for a specific purpose or audience.Touring/ auditing production floors. Accurate data entryCommunicating with production management Must be able to stand hot or cold temperatures.Detail orientated and have good communication skills.Be able to multitask and move around the facility.Qualifications:High School Diploma or Equivalent preferredMeat Processing Experience preferredBilingual English/Spanish preferredComputer SkillsKnife Experience PreferredFlexible Hours Data EntryEOE/Vets/Disability
