Primary Responsibility :Seeking a highly motivated self-starter who has the ability to lead key accounting and financial processes both independently and as part of a team. This role is intended for a driven individual who is eager to learn and grow into a management position in the near future. Lead various accounting processes from end-to-endo
Serve as the primary liaison between corporate headquarters and geographically-distributed field accountants for a portfolio of siteso
Collaborate with cross-functional groups, including development of budgets and forecastso
Manipulate and format large amounts of data to perform variance analyseso
Problem solve and analyze financial data related to assigned areas and accounts.o
Conduct thorough reviews and reconciliations of monthly balance sheet accountso
Execute key internal controls and work with external auditors during quarterly reviews and annual audito
Prepare and review monthly journal entrieso
Manage special projects as needed, including technical accounting research and integration of newly acquired facilitieso
Other duties as requestedWhat Experience and Education You Need :o
Bachelor's degree in Accounting required, Master's degree preferred, plus 2-4 years of related experienceo
CPA certification is a pluso
Big 4 or Tier 2 audit experience preferredo
Thorough understanding of GAAPo
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook requiredo
Experience with Oracle is a plusWhat Could Set You Apart :o
