NP/PA Nocturnist Opening in Pinehurst, North Carolina - Located in Pinehurst, NC - Fayetteville 40m- Full Time: 36 or more hrs/wk- Shift: Night Shift; 12 Shifts per month Opportunity Highlights: - Seeking a Nocturnist PA/NP Opportunity in Pinehurst, NC- Our established team of Nocturnists is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Advanced Practice Provider to join our collegial team- Competitive compensation for 12 shifts/month, block schedule.- Practice at our 401-bed flagship hospital.- Three Nocturnists + 1 APP staff for night coverage.- Sub-specialist availability includes Cardiology, CT Surgery, Critical Care, ID, GI, Oncology, Pulmonology, Neurology, and more.- Closed ICU, Intensivist team in house.- Progressive program includes Neuro Hospitalists, NICU, Pediatric Hospitalist, Telehealth, Transitional Care Clinics, and more.- Comprehensive compensation and benefits package: - Base salary, quality and productivity bonuses potential - Health, life, and disability benefits - 3 retirement savings plans 401a, 403b with match, 457b - CME allowance - Wellbeing resources - Free fitness center membership - Paid Parental Leave - Paid malpractice with tail coverage - Relocation stipend - Employment bonus, loan repayment option - Retention incentive - 501(c)(3) status provides eligibility for Fed Loan forgiveness (PSLF) Qualifications: - PA must be a graduate of an AMA approved Physician Assistant program and have NCCPA certification.- NP must be a graduate of a nurse practitioner education program and have national certification.- 2+ years of Advanced Practice Provider in an inpatient setting is required. Nocturnist experience preferred.- Must have clean background and be licensed or eligible for licensure in NC.
