Apply Now Your OpportunityThe Financial Analyst provides accurate and timely financial data.
This position researches and analyzes financial information to help make informed business decisions. Ideal candidate is detail oriented, has excellent computer skills, and is an independent thinker. Core Responsibilities Evaluates financial and business-related data to provide valuable, accurate and timely information on business performance.
Assists in month-end close and annual budgeting process.
Maintains the chart of accounts including additions, inactivation, and updates of business units and general ledger accounts.
Designs reports that present both actual and budgeted data in a concise manner for use by management in decision making.
Provides financial analysis for department managers. Provide leadership and direction to business managers and other management as a valued Finance partner in establishing strategy and running daily operations.
Analyzes key performance indicators, highlighting trends and analyzing causes of unexpected variances.
Support the Company's financial reporting and analytical data requests, including scheduled periodic financial reporting as well as ad-hoc reporting and analysis.

Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field and 2+ years of professional accounting experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience, required.
Knowledge of Accounting software, and Microsoft Office; specifically advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel including use of Pivot Tables and analytical tools.
Solid understanding of financial and cost accounting concepts.
E1 and Insight experience, preferred.
Strong mathematical and analytical skills.
Attention to detail and organizational skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Requires flexibility and willingness to work as part of a team.
Ability to work well with others in fast paced, dynamic environment.
Ability to be respectful, approachable and team oriented while building strong working relationships and a positive work environment.
