In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring efficient and cost-effective inventory management, order fulfillment, and adherence to safety protocols across all sites. This role will be housed in the greater Phoenix area.Responsibilities:Provide strategic leadership and direction for all warehouse operations across multiple locations.Develop and implement performance metrics to track and improve efficiency, productivity, and cost-effectiveness across all sites.Oversee inventory management, including receiving, putaway, storage, picking, packing, and shipping processes, ensuring accuracy and adherence to best practices.Implement and maintain warehouse safety protocols, ensuring a safe working environment for all employees.Recruit, hire, train, and supervise warehouse personnel across all locations.Develop and maintain positive working relationships with warehouse staff, fostering a collaborative work environment.Conduct regular performance reviews and provide ongoing coaching and development for warehouse staff.Manage warehouse budgets and oversee equipment maintenance and repairs.Collaborate with transportation and logistics teams to optimize shipping and receiving processes.Maintain clear and consistent communication with senior management regarding warehouse performance and operational needs.Identify and implement process improvements to enhance overall warehouse efficiency and cost savings.Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) to track inventory, manage labor, and generate reports.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field (or equivalent experience).Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse management, preferably in a multi-site environment.Proven track record of improving warehouse efficiency and productivity.Strong understanding of warehouse operations, including receiving, picking, packing, shipping, and inventory control.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.Ability to manage and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment.Proficient in warehouse management systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office Suite.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple deadlines, and work independently.Valid forklift operator license preferred.
