You will see, evaluate and follow up with patients to (in part) assess for potential placement in an inpatient acute rehabilitation center. This group uses a team-based approach, collaborating with specialists including Hospitalists and fellow Physiatrists, Therapists, Advanced Practice Providers, Nurses and more.The employer is a large multi-specialty system with Ivy League affiliations. In addition to providing direct patient care you will have excellent options to participate in research and (with a potential academic appointment) to teach residents and medical students.
