About the Role:
Multi-Classroom Teachers at Brighton School play a vital role in our school community. This position is ideal for individuals passionate about child development and education, and who enjoy working with a wide variety of students and implementing a range of lesson plans. If there is a vacancy in a classroom, you may have the opportunity to step in and lead the class. This is the perfect role for someone looking to gain school and classroom experience.
Key Responsibilities:

Implement curriculum and lesson plans
Assist in classroom management and behavior
Provide support in the classroom or office as needed
Collaborate with the school team to enhance the student experience and foster a positive learning environment.

What We’re Looking For:

Bachelor’s degree
Previous teaching experience is preferred
The ability to pass state and federal background checks.
A positive, energetic, and patient demeanor, with strong communication skills and a team-oriented approach.
