The position will be a part of a team responsible for creating and improving dashboards, reports, and processes. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders from multiple business units within Perdue AgriBusiness and develop tools to provide insights that drive business strategy and value. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical background and problem-solving skills, and the ability to learn business processes.Principal and Essential Duties & ResponsibilitiesDevelop and customize Power BI reports and dashboards to meet the specific needs of different stakeholdersCollaborate with cross-functional teams (such as commercial, finance, operations) to understand their data needs, provide insights and identify opportunities for business process improvement and efficiency gains through data analysisLiaise between Information Technology and AgriBusiness departments users, ensuring the needs from the business are met by the existent data collection/retrieval structure provided by ITMeet with key stakeholders to present and review data output to improve operational performance, support decisions, and enhance planning effortsEnsure data accuracy and reliability through monitoring and validation of data governance policies and procedures, assuring data integrity and securityMinimum EducationBachelor s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field OR5+ years experience with PowerBI, Tableau, or QlikViewExperience Requirements3 - 5 years of previous business experience (Merchandising, Sales, and/or Logistics)1 - 3 years of previous experience in data analyticsExperience with data visualization tools, such as Power BI, Tableau or QlikViewProficient with Microsoft ExcelStrong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and present significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracyExcellent written and verbal communication skills are required, as the position requires direct communication with end users and business leadersExperience PreferredKnowledge of Data Analytics concepts and toolsBasic understanding of statistical analysis is a plusUnderstanding of the agricultural business industry and processesEnvironmental Factors and Physical RequirementsPosition is mostly sedentary but may require occasional moving to other offices or buildingsMay need to move light equipment or supplies from one place to anotherMay need to access files, supplies and equipmentWork activity is in an open-partitioned, cubicle officePerdue Farms, Inc. is an Equal Opportunity / Affirmative Action employer.
