Renewals Specialist VMware- CCA

As a Renewals Specialist you will be responsible for proactively developing relationships with key internal and external contacts to drive renewal sales. You’ll collaborate with manufacturers, commercial teams, and customers to monitor and develop a pipeline of opportunities. Additionally, you’ll support the creation and execution of plans to maintain and grow the renewals business in partnership with Sales Executives, Product Managers, and/or Renewals Managers. This role also involves monitoring negotiation opportunities to identify potential cross-selling, contributing to increased revenue and margins.
This position will be hired in Guatemala or Panamá**
What You'll DoProactively build relationships with key internal and external stakeholders to support renewal sales growth.
Develop and execute plans to maintain and expand the renewals business, working closely with Sales Executives, Product Managers, and/or Renewals Managers.
Monitor and manage the pipeline of renewal opportunities with manufacturers, commercial teams, and customers.
Support and oversee negotiation opportunities to identify cross-selling options and drive revenue and margin growth.
Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue and margin targets.
Obtain and maintain certifications required for supplier programs.Enhance renewal processes by identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities during customer interactions.
Promote continuous improvement in renewal processes by proposing innovative solutions, gathering feedback, and analyzing customer retention and satisfaction metrics.
Advanced English proficiency (B2+ or higher).
1+ years of relevant work experience
Knowledge and experience with VMware is highly desirable
Experience in sales, renewals, or inside sales.
Knowledge or experience in infrastructure and virtualization - preferred
Professional, remote work environment
Occasional overtime may be necessary to meet business demands.
