Lupe Tortilla Mexican Restaurant Catering department $16 - $20/Hr.

Requirements:

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Must have valid TX. Drivers license
  • High integrity
  • Enjoy working on a team
  • Good communication skills
  • Positive attitude & a resting smile
  • Organization skills
  • Ability to obtain a food handler and TABC certificate
  • Food truck and or catering experience

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and provide excellent customer service
  • Drive, park and set up unit for business
  • Ability to Cook and provide customer service
  • Possess menu knowledge and provide customers with an accurate and efficient experience
  • Take accurate food and drink orders and correctly enter them into POS system
  • Collect payment
  • Coordinate with management on Truck schedule
  • Maintain cleanliness of Food truck unit in like new condition.

Required qualifications:
  • 18 years or older
  • Dress code requirements: Fingernails are trimmed and maintained
  • Dress code requirements: Natural hair color
  • Reliable transportation to and from work
  • 1+ year of experience in the food & restaurant industry
  • Restaurant back of house skills: dishwashing
  • Restaurant back of house skills: grill station
  • Restaurant back of house skills: general food prep
  • Restaurant back of house skills: catering setup & prep
  • Food Service license/certification: Food Handler's License
Preferred qualifications:
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States
