We're partnerered with a repeat client of ours on an exciting Bilingual (English & Spanish) HRBP opportunity. It's on-site at our client's New Jersey plants. You'll support all HR functions including talent management, emploee relations, and more. This person must be familiar with New Jersey laws and compliance AND be bilingual in English and Spanish. The salary: $110-125K + great benefits

Client Details

Our client is a global food/beverage manufacturing company with multiple plants across the Northeast. They're in a very exciting growth period and are expanding tremendously. This role will report to the VP of HR and will be the most senior HR person across the two sites.

Description

  • Manage employee relations with a focus on resolving issues and fostering a positive work environment.
  • Develop and implement talent management initiatives and policies, including attendance and LOA processes.
  • Support ongoing projects like ERP implementation and integration of payroll systems.
  • Participate in investigations and other HR-related activities, ensuring compliance with company standards.
  • Collaborate with HR leadership to build and refine HR processes, ensuring alignment with overall business goals.
  • Provide HR support and maintain a pulse on employee engagement in plant locations.

Profile

  • 7+ years of proven HR experience in a manufacturing setting.
  • Strong understanding of NJ state law and experience with payroll/ATS systems.
  • Must be bilingual in English and Spanish.

Job Offer

  • The salary range is $110K - 125K + great benefits
  • This is a permanent role based in Union County, NJ and the company is operating on a 5 days on-site schedule.
