- Licensed MD/DO - Board Certified or Board Eligible in Psychiatry
- Full time position - M-F 8 hour days
- Inpatient Adult Psychiatry coverage providing behavioral health units, consults on medical floors, review of admissions from the ED and external hospitals or providers.
- Call coverage:
- 1:5 Weekend Rounding (1 weekend every 5 weeks) 4:00 PM Fri - 8:00 AM Mon.
- 1 to 2 week nights per week 4:00 PM - 8:00 AM
- Both include cross coverage from units and admission calls
- Practice Support: 1:8 - One RN to every 8 patients and 1:6 - One Behavioral Health tech to every 6 patients
- Great Support and Resources for you and your patients - LCSW, LPC, BSW, Art Therapist, Music Therapist, Recreation Therapist, RN Clinical Coordinators and Nurse Manager.
- Average 8-12 patients per day
- Patient ages - 18+ and approx. 70% adult, 30% geriatric
- Opportunity to mentor medical students
- Mentorship available by Medical Director

Bon Secours Mercy Health offers an attractive compensation package which includes a base compensation and multiple opportunities for bonus. Relocation reimbursement - $10,000 CME allowance annually - 35 days ATO - Sign On Bonus, Med School Debt Assistance. Full and comprehensive benefits including life insurance 2x base, company-paid short/long term disability, up to 8 weeks paid-parental time off, medical/dental/vision/Rx/FSA/403b plus matching. Company paid Supplemental Executive Retirement Plan up to $25,000 per year.
