Our mission is to enhance and protect organizational value, reputation, and sustainability by providing risk-based and objective assurance, advice, and insight.Prepare and execute risk-based audits / reviews of business units, factories, head offices, and processesEvaluate processes and controls to ensure operational effectiveness and efficiencyReview compliance with laws, regulations, contracts, policies, and proceduresEnsure reliability and integrity of reporting, confidentiality of information, and safeguarding of assetsLeverage digital technologies to provide effective risk-based audit testing for key internal control areasIdentify and recommend control enhancements and process improvementCommunicate findings and recommendations for corrective actionsPresent audit results to stakeholders and agree on timelines for recommendation implementationMaintain and update audit programs, manuals, and toolsWork both independently and as a member of a team based on specific assignment needsRequirementsBachelor s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Supply Chain, Information Systems / Information Technology, Economics, Accounting, or a comparable degree from an accredited institution1+ years of professional business experience demonstrating strong business acumen (e.g. Finance, Audit, Marketing, Sales, Supply Chain, Engineering)Willingness to travel approximately 60% of the time, with some international travelOtherMaster s degree in business administration, Finance, Economics, Accounting, Engineering, or comparable degree from an accredited institution is preferredCPA, CMA, CIA certification completed or demonstrated progress towards completion is preferredStrong analytical skills, including the ability to construct, cultivate, and discern trends, patterns, and insights from intricate data sets, and effectively translate them into actionable recommendations or strategiesBilingual is preferredDon t meet all the qualifications listed under
