Our mission is to enhance and protect organizational value, reputation, and sustainability by providing risk-based and objective assurance, advice, and insight. #JoinNIAComplete assigned portions of operational audit reviews, develop required supporting work papers and ensure comprehensive procedures are developed and executed to assess existing system of internal controlAssess compliance with Company policies and related subjects and the effectiveness or efficiency of such policies in the specific circumstancesEnsure findings of irregularities, discrepancies and deviations from prescribed procedures and practices are fully supported by evidence and documentationPresent findings and recommendations for corrective action to local and senior level managementAssist in the confirmation of the physical existence of Company assets, verification of accounting and other records and management reporting techniques, and reviews of the adequacy of the system of internal controls for both manual and automated systemsIdentify opportunities for profit improvement, cost avoidance, and the more efficient utilization of company resources consistent with established success measuresWork both independently and as a member of a team based on specific assignment needsRequirements:Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Supply Chain, Information Systems / Information Technology, Economics, Accounting, or a comparable degree from an accredited institution OR anticipated graduation date by December 2024Willingness to travel, including international destinations, up to 60% of the timePreferred Qualifications:Strong analytical skills, including the ability to identify trends, patterns, and insights from intricate data sets, and effectively translate them into actionable recommendations or strategiesCompletion of business related internship (Internal Audit, Finance, Economics, Supply Chain, ISIT, Economics, Accounting, etc) and/or 1+ year of relevent work experienceBilingual is preferredDon t meet all the qualifications listed under

The approximate pay range for this position in Arlington, VA is $67,000 to $82,000. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to knowledge, skills and abilities as well as geographic location.Nestl offers performance-based incentives and a competitive total rewards package, which includes a 401k with company match, healthcare coverage and a broad range of other benefits.
