Are you a seasoned Project Engineer with a passion for driving operational excellence in a fast-paced manufacturing environment?Our client, a food manufacturer, is seeking a dynamic Project Engineer to join their team and oversee the planning, design, and execution of critical projects that will shape their future. As a key member of their leadership team, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful implementation of initiatives that optimize production, expand capacity, and enhance their overall operational efficiency.What you'll do: Lead and manage a diverse range of engineering projects, from plant expansions to equipment installations and upgrades. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including maintenance, production, and engineering, to ensure project success. Develop and implement comprehensive project plans, including schedules, budgets, and resource allocation. Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed to stay on track and within budget. Provide technical oversight and ensure compliance with engineering principles, company standards, and regulatory requirements. Identify and resolve potential issues proactively to minimize project risks. Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, including executive leadership and technical teams. What you'll bring: Bachelor's degree in engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial). 5+ years of experience in project engineering in a manufacturing environment, preferably in food or beverage. Proven ability to lead complex projects and deliver results on time and within budget. Strong technical skills and a deep understanding of engineering principles. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships and influence stakeholders. A passion for continuous improvement and a drive to find innovative solutions.
