But, we leave it up to you to shape our future and your career aspirations.As a Controls Technical Specialist II, you ll be responsible for troubleshooting, maintaining and enhancing the accuracy, reliability and system controls data credibility of PLC and PC-based automation systems. In this role, you will oversee PLC upgrades and wiring modifications on production equipment and work directly with our maintenance team to troubleshoot and support production line modifications.Configure, program and troubleshoot Programmable Logic Controls (PLC)Perform Preventive Maintenance for controls and organize electrical/control parts inventoryProvide programming and electrical support on plant capital projectsImplement control systems software upgradeProvide instrumentation, PLC, HMI/SCADA andhardware support to plant maintenance staffRequirementsAssociate s Degree in a technical discipline AND 3+ years of applicable experience in PLC software and hardware troubleshooting and/or PC-based HMI-systemsORHigh School Diploma/ GED AND 5+ years of applicable experience in PLC software and hardware troubleshooting and/or PLC-based HMI-systemsThe approximate pay range for this position is $72,000 to $98,000. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting.
