Requirements: 

• 
  
• 3-5 years of Experience as a Trucking Litigator
• Licensed to practice in New Jersey
  
• Be a team player with a positive attitude
• Strong writing skills, legal research skills, and strong work ethic 
• Represent trucking companies, drivers, and insurers in state and federal courts, as well as arbitration and mediation proceedings.
• Provide legal counsel to trucking companies on accident-related claims, commercial disputes, and liability issues.
