As a Restorative Aide/Certified Nursing Assistant, you will be a vital member of the healthcare team by overseeing, directing and participating in Restorative Programs initiated for individual residents. You will collaborate with the Nursing and Rehabilitation departments concerning goal setting and approaches to individual resident needs.
