- The clinic is staffed with 4 clinicians consisting of 2 Physical Therapists and 2 PTAs - with each seeing 50 patients a week (10 a day)
- Sign-on-Bonus of $5,000 and a $5,000 retention bonus after one year of service
- Student Loan Repayment options up to a total of $15,000
- The patient mix is general orthopedic of all ages and vestibular 
- Paid Residencies offered to those accepted
