Pediatric Optometrist

We are a well-established private practice with over 25 years of dedicated service in the greater Phoenix AZ community. Due to our expansion, we are looking to add an experienced Pediatric Optometrist to our team. Our offices are updated, remodeled, and equipped with state-of-the-art technology, ensuring the best care for our patients.

Position Overview:

We are seeking a true Pediatric Optometrist, but we are also open to welcoming a general optometrist who is eager to transition to a pediatric patient base. The ideal candidate will be patient, respectful, and possess excellent bedside manners.

Key Responsibilities:

• 
  
• Conduct comprehensive eye examinations for pediatric patients.
• Diagnose and manage various ocular conditions and diseases.
• Provide personalized care and treatment plans for young patients.
• Collaborate with parents and guardians to ensure understanding of treatment options.
• Maintain accurate patient records and follow all compliance regulations.
• Participate in community outreach and education initiatives related to pediatric eye health.

Qualifications:

• 
  
• Doctor of Optometry (OD) degree from an accredited institution.
• Experience in pediatric optometry preferred, but general optometrists with a desire to specialize in pediatrics will be considered.
• Strong communication skills and a compassionate approach to patient care.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
