PAY RATE - $28.00Hr - $35.47Hr DOE
SIGN ON BONUS - $5000.00 (Employment requirement must be met for pay out)SHIFT AVAILABLE: Day Shift 6a-6p -  Night Shift 6p-6a  Every other weekend requiredJoin a great community that offers Assisted Living, memory care and rehab services and start IMMEDIATELY

 RESPONSIBILITIES

Monitor patients throughout their treatment
Perform routine checks of patients' vital signs
Ensure that patients take their medication
Assist RNs and other members of the medical team at the community
Liaise with patients' families

REQUIREMENTS:

Unencumbered LPN license state of Colorado 
IV Certification a plus
Computer skills
Can do attitude and willingness to go above and beyond when needed to serve our residents
Ability to work as a team and independently
A love for seniors
