Patient Care:
- Provide comprehensive outpatient care to a high-volume geriatric population.
- Manage chronic conditions, perform routine check-ups, and conduct minor procedures such as toenail removals, lesion removals, Pap smears, and joint injections.
- Ensure all care delivered is compassionate, patient-centered, and adheres to the highest clinical standards.
Clinical Excellence:
- Demonstrate advanced clinical skills and a commitment to continuous learning and improvement.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of best practices in Family Medicine and apply them in daily patient care.
- Utilize a patient-centered approach to care that respects the dignity and preferences of all patients.
Collaboration:
- Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate patient care effectively.
- Build and maintain positive collegial relationships with colleagues, support staff, hospital-based providers, administrators, and patients.
- Contribute to a positive work environment that supports teamwork, communication, and professional growth.
Licensing and Certification:
- Must be licensed to practice medicine in the state of Arizona.
- Must be Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine.
- Possess current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Hold a valid DEA license for prescribing controlled substances.
Experience:
- Demonstrated history of providing high-quality care in a Family Medicine setting.
- Experience working with geriatric patients is highly preferred.
- A proven track record of maintaining positive professional relationships with colleagues and patients.
- Practice Setting:
- Outpatient Family Medicine practice focusing on adult and geriatric care.
- No pediatric patients are seen in this practice.
- Supportive administrative and clinical staff to assist in providing excellent patient care.
