Join our team of 400+ Physicians who enjoy great comp/benefits and work-life balance with our organization having a less than 3% turnover rate.Job Description:- Only 32 patient hours required (Weekends not required)- Provide high-quality dermatology care to patients in both medical and cosmetic dermatology settings- Perform dermatological procedures, including Mohs surgery, as needed- Collaborate with experienced leadership and support staff to ensure excellent patient care- Uphold our mission to deliver the ultimate patient experience by prioritizing short wait times, convenient appointment scheduling, and easy access to care- Utilize the latest technologies and equipment to provide cutting-edge treatments and services- Participate in advanced training programs and educational opportunities provided by the companyBenefits:- Highly competitive compensation model- $50k+ Sign-on bonus (higher depending on location and length of contract)- 20 PTO days year 1- 5 CME days- Comprehensive health benefits package, including 401(k) and Flexible Spending Accounts- Flexible scheduling options available- Access to experienced leadership and support staff- Recognition and rewards programs- Opportunities for professional growth and development within a supportive work environment
