National Indoor RV Centers is experiencing exceptional growth and we are seeking an experienced "Combo Man" Paint & Body Technicians to join our team The RV Paint & Body Technician is responsible for repairing, restoring, and repainting damaged RVs. They must have knowledge of different types of body construction and be skilled in using various tools and materials to repair and restore to their original condition.MUST have Bodywork experience to be consideredOur Paint & Body Technicians earn $30-$40 per flat rate hour. This role is Monday-FridayKey Responsibilities:
  • Inspect damaged RVs and assess the extent of repairs needed.
  • Repair RV body damage using various tools and materials such as hammers, grinders, and welding equipment.
  • Replace or repair damaged RV parts such as windows, doors, and trim.
  • Sand, prime, and paint repaired areas to match the rest of the RV's finish.
  • Test repaired systems to ensure they are functioning properly.
  • Maintain and clean tools and equipment.
Qualifications:
  • Prior experience in RV or automotive body repair preferred.
  • Knowledge of different types of RV body construction.
  • Skilled in using various tools and materials such as hammers, grinders, and welding equipment.
  • Knowledge of paint mixing and matching techniques.
  • Good physical condition with the ability to lift heavy equipment and stand for extended periods of time.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to quality work.
Working Conditions:
  • Work is primarily conducted on-site at the service shop
  • May require extended periods of standing, walking, and bending
  • May require lifting or moving heavy equipment or objects
  • May require working in tight spaces or at heights
  • May require exposure to loud noises, fumes, or chemicals
  • May require working weekends or holidays
