Experienced Bilingual Production Assembler

We are seeking dependable, experienced Bilingual Production Assemblers to join a fast-paced lighting manufacturing team. This physically active role involves continuous movement alongside a moving production line, repetitive assembly work, and regular use of hand and power tools. Successful candidates must maintain production speed while consistently meeting quality and safety standards.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Assemble lighting fixtures and components on a continuously moving production line
• Perform manual assembly work at production-line stations and worktables
• Safely and efficiently operate hand and power tools
• Read and follow work orders, product specifications and assembly instructions
• Retrieve materials and components from shelves, bins or pallets by hand
• Bend, stoop, reach and move throughout the workday
• Inspect completed products for proper assembly, workmanship and quality
• Keep pace with production requirements and daily deadlines
• Identify and report defective materials, equipment problems or quality concerns
• Occasionally pack completed lighting fixtures for shipment
• Maintain a clean, organized and safe work area
• Follow all company safety procedures and use required personal protective equipment
• Perform additional production duties as assigned
• Required Qualifications
• Bilingual English and Spanish is required
• Must be able to read and write in English
• Previous assembly or manufacturing production-line experience is required
• Experience using hand and power tools is required
• Experience working on or alongside a moving production line
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Dependable attendance and punctuality
• Ability to follow instructions and communicate effectively
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks accurately and efficiently
• Ability to work well with supervisors and production team members
• Ability to adapt to changing products, assignments and production needs

Physical Requirements

Candidates must be able to:

• Stand, walk and remain physically active for 10 to 11 hours per day
• Move continuously alongside a moving production line
• Perform repetitive hand and arm movements throughout the shift
• Regularly bend, stoop and reach to retrieve materials
• Pick up and move production materials from shelves or pallets by han
• Maintain the stamina necessary to perform physical production work for the entire shift
• Work safely in a fast-paced manufacturing environment

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate is bilingual, mechanically inclined, safety-conscious and experienced in production assembly. This person is

comfortable using tools, takes pride in producing quality work and can maintain a steady pace throughout a physically demanding shift.
