The
Coordinator, Corporate Facilities & Events
is responsible for assisting with the day-to-day
operations/maintenance for the Corporate Headquarters in Westchester, IL
Core Responsibilities :
Support planning for corporate events including conferences, meetings, and social gatherings . Assist, as needed, with logistics and travel arrangements.Oversee the daily operations of the Westchester facility to help ensure a safe, clean and positive work environment.Ensure Westchester facilities are compliant with health and safety regulationsManage relationship s with service providers and vendorsManage maintenance repair requests for conference rooms and other spaces within the Westchester office.Facilitate safety training sessions for new hires and visitorsPartner with other key facilities team members and local leadership to ensure a best-in-class employee experience for Westchester employeesManage security access badging /reporting and maintain Emergency Headcount dat aAriba Procurement System for the purchase of Facility suppliesMust be on-site daily (not hybrid) Qualified candidates will have:
Mandatory requirements :
Work experience in building management, building maintenance, customer service, customer support or related fieldsEnglish fluency, both written and spokenProficient in Excel, PowerPoint and Word software.Knowledge of CCUR Badge access and Ariba for procurement a plusRequired behaviors and skills :
