Reporting to the VP, HRBP, Commercial, the incumbent will be responsible for providing strategic HR leadership, partnering closely with business leaders to align HR initiatives with overall business objectives.Core Functions:
Strategic business partner focused on driving outcomes through talent
Provide guidance on organization structure, opportunities to re-engineer roles and responsibilities, and workforce needs.
Engage in workforce planning, maintaining an awareness of workforce demographics, bench strength and operational requirements. Develop strategies to address workforce gaps and surpluses and proactively work to optimize talent.
Implement and evaluate the effectiveness of talent management solutions
Provide expert guidance and counsel to business leaders on a wide range of HR matters, including talent acquisition, employee relations, compensation and benefits, and organizational development.
Develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies that align with the Commercial Value Chains
goals and objectives.
Lead talent management activities in partnership with business leaders.
Guide performance management program, provide coaching/counseling on individual development plans and career development, and facilitate the succession planning process.
Continuously evaluate and improve employee productivity
Thoroughly understand Bunge policies and procedures, developing and implementing broad policies and programs in collaboration with Centers of Expertise and business stakeholders.
Partner with cross-functional teams to drive organizational change, implement new HR initiatives, and address complex HR challenges.
Lead and manage a team of HR professionals, ensuring their professional growth and development while fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment.Skills/Experience Requirements:
Bachelor s degree in human resources, business, or related field.
Master s degree in business, organizational behavior, HR Management or related field preferred.
10+ years of progressive HR experience with business centers and a desired minimum of 5 years supporting business leaders in large complex organization with multiple stakeholders (including matrix relationships).
Exceptional communication skills with the ability to communicate clear objectives/direction.
Develops, adapts and executes HR strategies along with Business Leader to achieve key business objectives in area of responsibility.
Develop data driven strategies aligned with Bunge s priorities, energize others to action.
Build partnerships, appropriately influence to gain commitment, foster talent and coach others to grow in current or future roles.
Demonstrate competence in all functional HR areas, including DEI, benefits, compensation, recruiting, employee relations, and learning/training.
High degree of professionalism, confidentiality, diplomacy in interactions at all levels.
Impeccable attention to detail, follow-through, and the ability to anticipate needs proactively.
Ability to handle complex issues with discretion, serving as a mediator and guide to successful conflict resolution across all levels of the organization.
Conflict resolution skills and experience-honed judgment.
