This role is pivotal to our warehouse operations, ensuring smooth and efficient shipping and receiving processes. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a knack for managing multiple tasks, this is the opportunity for youManage the daily warehouse shipping schedule by directing the activities for loading and shipping products.Maintain warehouse records and perform job assignments to meet warehouse and customer satisfaction goals.Perform clerical duties directly related to warehouse activity, including preparing and maintaining productivity reports and shipping documents.Coordinate the movement of trailers and assist with the transfer of products between factory and outside storage.Prioritize and manage workload using various tools and software systems including SAP, OM, and WMS.Communicate effectively with drivers, forklift operators, and other team members to ensure seamless operations.Must be able to work back shifts, overtime and weekends.RequirementsHigh School Diploma or GED1+ years logistics and administrative experience in a manufacturing, industrial, warehouse, military or related environmentThe approximate pay range for this position is $37,000 to $52,000. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and abilities as well as geographic location of the position.
