This role requires active collaboration with project managers, mechanical designers, and the manufacturing team throughout the project's duration. The successful candidate will take ownership of machinery stations post-assembly, ensuring smooth operation and functionality.Primary Responsibilities:Develop and program multi-station assembly and testing systems.Code and maintain PLC and HMI systems.Configure SCADA systems for optimal performance.Apply knowledge of motion control systems.Utilize Panel View Plus and Panel Builder 32 for interface design.Manage and maintain network systems related to PLC operations.Required Education and Skills:In-depth knowledge of Mechatronic systems and components.Strong mechanical skills and a dedicated work ethic.Expertise with Allen Bradley RSLogix 5000.Familiarity with SIEMENS systems is beneficial.Experience in powertrain systems is preferred.Proficient in working with Ethernet IP networks.Understanding of Step and State Logic.Programming skills for Fanuc and ABB robots are a plus.Flexibility for domestic and international travel is a must.Interested candidates are invited to submit their resumes to kbarrymore judge.com.
