This Hospital has distinct specializations and programs such as Pediatrics, Cardiology, Plastic Surgery, Radiology and Urology. 

At this renowned health center, the Lead Radiation Therapist will be supported by a cohort that emphasizes consistency, innovation, and teamwork. Along with introducing inventive processes to this department, the Radiation Leader will oversee the daily operations of the radiation therapy department, ensuring the highest standards of patient care and treatment quality. This role involves supervising a talented team of radiation therapists, coordinating treatment schedules, and collaborating with oncologists and other healthcare professionals. 

This is a close knit team that works together seamlessly. The Lead Radiation Therapist will be joining a team that feels like family and leads the department as the Hospital continues to grow its services. The Radiation Therapist selected for this role will oversee the recruitment and hiring of their team as well as retention and continuous education for the unit. 

The Radiation Therapist will report directly to an experienced group of leaders including the Dosimetrists, Chief Medical Physicist and Physician. A Radiation Therapist with their ARRT and short term acute care experience will surely make for a quick interview
