1ST SHIFT STOREROOM ATTENDANT HOURS:5:30am--4:30pmFlexible as neededSaturday as needed POSITION DESCRIPTION:Sharpen straight knives, draw knives and wizard knives for employees daily as needed using knife grinder.Clean, maintain and fix wizard knives with the correct parts along with maintaining the cables.Maintain employee records in computer data basePost issues daily in computer.Distribute supplies such as frocks, hard hats, earplugs, boots, and other apparel to employees to employees, management, and visitors daily as needed.Receive supplies as delivered; keep shelves stocked with appropriate supplies.Enter supplies sold to each employee or department into computer.Maintain knife-sharpening equipment in working order.Previous knife sharpening experience preferred.Good work history and attendance.Other duties as needed or required by Storeroom Manager.Bilingual preferred but not required. QUALIFICATIONS:Basic math skillsGood people skillsGood Computer SkillsSelf-motivated - work well without direct supervisionMust be able to work with all the production employees and supervisorsMust be able to sharpen knives and distribute supplies to employees Ability to follow instructionsGood attendance recordHigh School Diploma or GED preferred but not requiredResume required We are an equal opportunity employer.
