Knows high quality versus low quality feeds.QUALIFICATIONS To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Must have a working knowledge of mixing, operating grain roller mill, pellet mill, dairy line, receiving system, grinding machinery, block press and lift truck.LANGUAGE SKILLSAbility to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.MATHEMATICAL SKILLSAbility to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.REASONING ABILITYAbility to apply commonsense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions.
