Provide our customers with fast, friendly customer service by always adhering to common courtesies and delivering the brand promise with every customer. Efficiently and accurately process customer transactions while adhering to all required policies and procedures. Ensure policies and procedures are adhered to and that operational integrity of the office is maintained. Support the sales process in the branch by identifying customer needs, promoting current offers and referring customers to other colleagues for assistance with financial solutions. Provide awareness and if warranted, demonstration of all channel capabilities and the overall benefit to the customer. The Area Teller Specialist is assigned a home branch location and will regularly work from other branches within the market as scheduled and need dictates, supporting other branches within the district. Performs all teller duties needed by the branch. Must have reliable transportation to work from multiple branch locations.

This person will also:

  • Perform customer banking transactions, identify and service customer needs and resolve issues.
  • Support the sales process by referring customers in need of additional financial solutions.
  • Assist in coordinating the teller operations.
  • Share product and service promotions and new opportunities with our customers.
  • Answer customer questions to ensure satisfaction and safety.
  • Service vault, night drop and ATM machines, as assigned.

Education
  • High School or equivalent combination of education and experience, Required


Experience
  • 2-4 years Teller (or equivalent cash handling) experience required. Strong customer service and operations skills required, Required
  • Must have access to reliable transportation and the ability to lawfully drive self, if applicable by start date. Required
