In collaboration with other members of the management team, the CNC directs, monitors, and evaluates nursing care in accordance with established policies/procedures, serves as a resource person for staff, and models a commitment to the organization’s vision/mission/values to support an unparalleled patient experience and clinical outcomes that contribute to overall departmental performance.In this Supervisor role: You will have the clinical competence to serve as resource to the staff and be self-directed with the ability to lead others. You will support the staff and work as a change agent, supporting system wide nursing initiatives. You will collaborate with preceptors and new employees, and facilitate new employees in becoming part of the team.You will assess the need for and assist in the creation and implementation of staff development programs to enhance professional growth of personnel.
