*Restorative Aide/CNA*

*Responsibilities*
* As a Restorative CNA, you will be responsible for the following job functions:
* Performing range of motion exercises with residents
* Assisting residents with ambulation
* Assisting with transfers, lifting, feeding and toileting of residents when needed
* Filling in on the floor as the schedule requires
* And other duties as assigned

*Requirements*
* Certification as a Nursing Assistant or equivalent experience preferred.
* Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and commitment to patient confidentiality.
* Ability to lift and assist patients safely while following proper techniques.
* Experience in a teaching hospital or similar healthcare setting is advantageous.
* Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
* Basic understanding of medication administration protocols is preferred.
* Compassionate demeanor with a genuine desire to help others in need of care.
