Are you up for the dare?This position is not eligible for Visa Sponsorship.POSITION SUMMARYAs a Maintenance Millfitter Technician, you will be responsible for the maintenance of all plant systems. Our maintenance work includes both predictive and preventative maintenance. Always working in a safe manner, you will play a major role in machine reliability and process improvements across the plant.Create a good understanding of plant equipment, procedures, material flow, etc.Diagnose mechanical reasons for failureBreakdown, assess, and rebuild gear reducers and pumpsPerform Arc, Tig, and Mig welding proceduresLayout, fabricate, and install all types of spouts, hoppers, transitions, and mechanical guardsFollow plant safety practicesTroubleshoot, diagnose, and repair screw conveyors, belt conveyors, lift leap and pneumatic conveyance systemWork with vendors to improve plant maintenance practicesPerform other duties as assignedRequirementsHigh School Diploma or GED2+ years maintenance experience in industrial maintenance, military or related environmentOtherMust be willing to work off shifts and overtime as neededThe approximate hourly pay for this position is $38.15 an hour for Maintenance C rate. The pay progression plan follows: Maintenance B $41.17, Maintenance A $43.16. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting.
