International Documentation SpecialistPurpose and Scope/General Summary:The JBS International Logistics team is seeking a detail-oriented, problem solver to join our team as an International Documentation Specialist. This role will be based at our Corporate Office in Greeley, COResponsibilities:Responsible for generating all export documentation to ensure timely customs clearance.Responsible for timely and accurate delivery of export documentation to all foreign banks to ensure prompt paymentResponsible for communicating directly with customers to ensure all documentation is completed and adequate to clear customsSubmitting shipping instructions to the ocean carriers for each export bookingMust control receipt of all health certificates from each freezer location to ensure prompt delivery of documentation to our customerSolely responsible for generating, amongother items, the shipping instructions, invoices, packing lists, insurance, Halal Certificates, certificate of origins, beneficiary certificates and sight draftsMust ensure all calculations relating to weights, currency and metric conversations are accurateMust frequently review and update country requirementsOther duties as assignedQualifications:Bachelors degree in supply chain, business or related field preferredIntermediate experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Office)Must be comfortable using basic math skills (converting LBS to KGS and vice versa)Must be extremely process oriented and have superb time management and customer service skillsAbility to prioritize tasks while staying organizedAcute attention to detailCan perform the functions of the job with or without a reasonable accommodationAs a salaried position with the company, you may be required to travel at some point to other facilities, to attend Company events, or as a representative of the Company in other situations. Unless otherwise specified in this posting, the amount of travel may vary and the most qualified candidate must be willing and able to travel as business needs dictate.The applicant who fills this position will be eligible for the followingcompensation and benefits:Benefits: Vision, Medical, and Dental coverage begin after 60 days of employment;Paid Time Off: sick leave, vacation, and 6 company observed holidays;401(k):company match begins after the first year of service and follows the company vesting schedule;Base salaryof55,000-$62,000;Incentive Pay:This position is eligible to participate in the Company's annual bonus plan, the amount of bonus varies and is subject to the standard terms and conditions of the incentive program;For individuals assigned and/or hired to work in states where it is required by law to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation for any given position, compensation ranges are specific to those states and takes into account various factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including but not limited to a candidate s relevant experience, qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficiencies for the role.This position does not have an application deadline.
