Reporting to the Compensation & Benefits Manager, this role focuses on administering leave programs, supporting benefits processes, and delivering exceptional customer service. Your expertise in compliance and communication will ensure employees feel informed and supported every step of the way. Who you are
Customer-focused communicator: Skilled at building trust and explaining complex processes in clear, simple terms. Detail-oriented and organized: Adept at managing multiple priorities while ensuring accuracy and compliance. HR-savvy professional: Strong understanding of LOA policies, benefits programs, and relevant regulations (FMLA, ADA, etc.). Tech-capable: Proficient in HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, ADP) and Microsoft Office Suite.
What you'll do
Administer leave programs: Manage FMLA, disability, workers' compensation, and related cases while ensuring compliance with regulations. Support benefits processes: Assist employees with enrollment, claims, and plan changes, ensuring a smooth experience. Deliver exceptional service: Respond to employee inquiries with empathy and professionalism, providing clear guidance. Maintain accurate records: Track LOA cases and benefits participation while generating insightful reports for leadership.
