Test Manager with Gen AI testing exp. Location: Charlotte, NC Application end date 11/15/2024 Qualifications: Bachelors or Equivalent degree (Science, STEM, etc) Possess a strong background in GEN AI Testing with proven experience Demonstrate good understanding of Life and Annuities Insurance domain Experience in git Copilot & prompt engineering. Any solutions built using Copilot would be handy Strong Test Automation skills with 8-10 yrs experience. Have strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams Display ability to manage project risks and develop mitigation strategies Maintain a high level of attention to detail and quality in project deliverables Demonstrate ability to monitor and manage project budgets effectively Possess strong problem-solving skills to address technical issues Exhibit ability to develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation Show commitment to continuous improvement and learning from project evaluations Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies Display ability to work effectively in a hybrid work model.
