Experience Minimum Required • Min of 2000 hrs. of clinical practice in the specialty area, 25% which has occurred in the last 3 yrs. Education Minimum Required • BA or BS in Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, or Speech Therapy Training Minimum Required • Post professional certification/specialization in area of specialty supported by National Board Exam or successful completion of Fellowship/Residency in area of specialization. In addition, this position demonstrates competency in the performance of duties and responsibilities related to patient evaluation; development of care plans; administration of therapeutic interventions and documentation of clinical care. 1. D emonstrates competency in the performance of duties and responsibilities related to the administration of therapeutic interventions. 4. Maintains medical record including assessment, interventions and clinical response. 5. D emonstrates competency in the performance of duties and responsibilities related to the communication of clinical and operational information. . Participates in daily inpatient discharge planning rounds. 6. D emonstrates competency in the performance of duties and responsibilities related to receiving and providing education. . 7. D emonstrates competency in the performance of duties and responsibilities related to the supervision of support staff.
