Our client is currently seeking a Manufacturing Supervisor for 1st shift
Located in Northern California.
This job will have the following responsibilities:Supervise production areas as assigned. Maintain a safe and sanitary working environment. Train and develop employees and maintain employee morale.Oversee procedures to meet and exceed production schedules, production efficiencies and budget objectives. Maintain company policies and procedures. Maintain cost effective use of supplies and equipment. Qualifications & Requirements:2+ years of supervisory experience in Food Manufacturing Working knowledge of USDA food processing, food safety regulations, HACCP, GMP's and OSHA guidelines
Experience with tray pack operations requiredAbility to work with all levels of management.Strong problem solving, organizational, and analytical skills.Solid experience with Word and Excel
